And when the Butterbean becomes old enough to go to school, he will be asked this very question. But I have a feeling that I already know what he's going to be when he grows up.
Can you guess?
I believe he's going to be a politician. Yep. You read that right.
At the ripe age of 20 months, I'm raising a politician in training. And here's why:
- He never meets a stranger. He excitedly waves "hi" to everyone he meets and always greets you with a smile.
- He has his fake laugh down to a science. Yep, that's right. The kid can laugh with the best of 'em. Sure he has no idea what your laughing about, but by golly, he's going to laugh when you do.
- He's a talker. We ususally have no idea what he's talking about, just like most politicians, but he can talk nonetheless.
- He loves to shake hands. And oh my goodness does he love to shake hands. Anyone and everyone he comes across he sticks out his tiny little hand waiting for the other to grasp it. This makes it nearly impossible during church to sit back down after the "meet and greet" at the beginning of the service or to get out of the grocery store. And it doesn't matter if he's shook your hand 5 seconds before, if your still standing right there, he's going to do it again.
mister man is headed for a mechanic of sorts. he flips all his cars upside down to investigate the undercarriage and wheels.

ReplyDeleteThat's adorable. I can totally see Em being involved with animals in some way shape or form. She LOVES all animals. I could totally imagine her working at a zoo when she's older, and she would do great!
ReplyDeleteOh and I have a baby he can practice kissing right here! :)
SP, I'll let the BB practice on Em anyday! ha!
