2 Months!

I can't believe Nathan was 2 months old yesterday! He is growing like a little weed. Today we had his 2 month MD check up. He had to get three shots and an oral medication! It's crazy all the shots someone so tiny has to receive! Nathan screamed and I teared up a bit too. It was so sad. Nathan weighed 11 lbs and 14 oz! And he was 23 1/2 inches long. He was in the 50% percentile for both height and weight. But Dr. Greer said that he was really happy with his growth, since he started out so tiny! I have to go back in a week or two to get my shots too. Dr Greer wants me to get the FluMist, Tetanus booster and the pertussis booster. He said that a lot of parents loose immunity to the pertussis (whooping cough) and don't know it. So he gives it just so the little ones aren't given it by their parents. I guess he sees that happen a lot, and then the kiddos end up in his office or the hospital. Tonight, Brock has bring your family to work night. So we will be heading to the APD to hang out with daddy. They have a Thanksgiving type meal and each family brings a dish. It will be fun to see what Brock does and show off the little guy.
